There are a bunch of Israeli grill places in Vegas right now. If you want excellent and fast service, consistent food, squeaky clean restaurant then you need to go to Sababa. This isn't a tablecloth experience, but the food is fresh and good. We had the grilled chicken and falafel platter, the shnitzel, shwarma and salad, the kebab falafel platter, fries, hot dogs, bourekas. Filling food and nice portions. Chumus is really creamy and good. We just really appreciated the effort put in by the owner, his family (his young son is very polite and helpful), his workers (Evan and the rest) who are clearly interested in getting the food to you as soon as they can and the way you asked for it even if you are a tourist from NY and even if they are serving a full house and preparing take out orders. At this place, even the Mashgiach, an older gentleman, gets involved in expediting the service. It's in a strip mall about 10 to 15 minutes from everything. I know they deliver as I saw them preparing many orders, but I don't know the rules for that. Prices are typical. About 10 or 11 bucks for the shnitzel in pita sandwiches, more for the platters. Falafel and a soda is something like 5 or 6.99.
