Sushiana in Highland Park (between Turnpike exits 10 and 9). The entire restaurant is pareve (but not vegetarian; vegetarian items are marked on the menu), and the food is excellent. Service can be a bit slow, but the prices are reasonable. I'm not a fan of sushi, but friends of mine (who don't necessarily eat kosher) say it is fantastic. The non-sushi items (of which there are many, and I've sampled several) are really tasty, and many of them come in large portions. In addition to the stated entrees, you can easily make a meal of 2 appetizers or sides (I'm not sure why they are all under the appetizers menu) and feel full. That's what I usually do.
They've recently moved to a larger location, where there is tons of room. Although there is parking in the back, street parking is easier to navigate.
