Not sure if this is true at all Costco's, but we were at the Nanuet store today and they were having a sale on kosher beef. The 3 pounds of chopped meat were $8.99 (yes, $3/lb!), rib steaks and London Broil $9.99/lb (not as much of a sale but still a good deal).
