Why would it be bad? Is the meat somehow damaged when it crosses a state line? Or do you think the USDA has Divine authority to dictate what is right or wrong?
Right and wrong are objective realities, and no legislator or bureaucrat has the power to change them. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that change darkness into light, and light into darkness; that change bitter into sweet, and sweet into bitter!" If selling Romanian's fresh meat products is good, then nobody has the power to make it bad. They can make it illegal, but not bad, just as they can make evil things legal but they can't make them good.
