One more to add to the list: UCLA Hillel's The Shack. (RCC hashgacha) They are only open for lunches and Shabbat/YomTov during the academic year, but the food is very reasonable and prepared with love. If you are at all interested in seeing the UCLA campus you should make sure to stop for lunch. They did an amazing job for Pesach.
In addition there is a Coffee Bean on the first floor that is also strictly kosher and sells bagels, pastries and small sandwiches in addition to coffee and tea beverages.
