I"H. our Mexikosher collab starts wednesday Katsuji Tanabe is going to be doing a pardes themed taco....im taking his carnitas only tweaking them a lil.....were going for.....Beef Cheek Carnitas, Fermented Radish, Avocado Puree, Smoked Tomatillo Salsa, Crispy Masa Harina Polenta, Negro Modelo/Huitlacoche Jus.
