After a few really yummy take out orders from their new location, yesterday I finally got to go to the actual place and eat. Thankfully my husband's long vommute can take him by the new location:) hence all the take out!
The new place is much more tasteful in the ir decor than my beloved South Street location! Gone is the glaring green and orange! The blue nd browns are much more pleasing to the eye. The venue it self is small, but big enough. It would be tight for some one in a wheel chair, but probably workable.
Another nice touch is total wait staff service- no more ordering at the counter!
Our meals yesterday were yummy as usual:) My husband had grilled chicken wings- the aroma made me want to eat his meal! I had a grilled chicken pita with humus and Israeli salad. YUM! The pita was so good!
We also semi shared a sweet potato fires. (I only wanted a few!) They were good and fresh and full of flavor but no cinnamon like they had been served on South Street, A nice large serving in one of those cool metal cone fry holders. MMMM! Perfect for sharing!
We took out an order of couscous and Israeli salad sand enjoyed the couscous at home last night as a side for a store bought rotisary chicken,
They serve their couscous with a medley of cooked veggies on top- for an extra taste sensation. Nice touch!
I am so glad we stopped in for lunch yesterday but I am even more thrilled that it is on the way home for my husband- I see much more take out in my future!
