My guess is that they will also close around 2 on a Friday, but with Shabbos starting when it does during the summer hours (and the owner lives locally, so he doesn't have a long commute home), it's possible they will be open a little later on Fridays this time of year.
Also, I saw your response to helou about concerns about the hotel holding your food without refrigerating... I'm sure if you call ahead and they know to expect the delivery, they would refrigerate it - as long as they know to expect it and the food is pre-paid.

p.s. one of the best deals from Jerusalem Pizza is the combination plate. It consists of four salads (whatever they have in the salad bar that day, which would typically include cold salads such as Israeli salad, pasta salad, broccoli and kidney beans, marinated mushrooms, corn salad (and about 10-15 other options for cold) as well as hot "salads" that could included breaded fried cauliflower, angel hair with broccoli, seitan with pineapple carrots and eggplant, and about 8 other choices on any given day), 4 falafel balls, and a pita. For $7.45. It's a massive amount of food - they do not skimp on the amount of each salad they give.
