Here are the steps to take on your oven(assuming it's similar to mine) to enable Sabbath mode and disable the 12 hour shutoff.
1) Hold Bake + Broil at the same time until it SF is displayed.
2) Press Delay Time until you see No Shdn.
3) Press Start. The oven will return to normal
4) Hold Bake + Broil again until you see SF again.
5) Press Delay Time until you see SAbbAtH.
6) Press Start
7) You are now in Sabbath Mode. Press Bake, set your temp, and press start as you would expect in Sabbath mode.
Your oven will now stay on after 12 hours.
Here is the manual to follow if you want more details. The thing to remember is you are performing 2 operations. First turning off 12 hour shutoff, then setting Sabbath mode.
