I just got home from dinner at Veggie Bistro in Teaneck. It is a nice new casual dairy restaurant. I went with my husband and teenaged son. We started with a strawberry smoothie and onion soup that came recommended. The onion soup was out of this world. It was served in a bread bowl, with croutons and lots of gooey ,melted cheese. I went on to a broccoli cheddar quiche which was also delicious. My husband and son both had pastas, both enjoyable and flavorful. Highly recommended.
