My experience with Passover soy sauce is that it is not worth the jar it comes in. It was one of the most vile tasting things I've ever ingested.
If someone can come up with a great substitute for soy, please let me know. I love how it tastes, but rarely use it because a family member is intolerant of all things soy (so we don't use soybean oil, either. Yes, we read every ingredient panel on everything we buy. You'd be amazed what has soy in it!).
