It's hard for many kosher cooks to buy cookbooks that are full of many recipes that they won't be able to make. But they'll never really learn how to cook if they stick with "easy meals in 30 minutes" instead of books written by real chefs that happen to have several pages on how to prepare a lobster.
I like this blog because he pushes the limit to how far he can go with the best cookbooks
