Smoking a Kosher Brisket

I don't know if you--or anyone else--is gonna' see this, but here goes: I've got your (old) problem. I bought a Costco prepackaged Kosher brisket and I want to BBQ it, complete with a "day-before" rub then a mop throughout the cooking process. How did yours come out? Thanks David
