Roast Turkey With Pomegranate Glaze

This was the glaze. I used a diff recipe for roasting the bird. I found the pomegranate molasses at the health food store. It's expensive btw. In subsequent years I have used the concentrate with some sugar. It's prob worth getting the molasses. Good luck. I haven't done it in a while. I would do a whole chicken rather than the cutlets. The effect is very pretty.
