They only have a limited selection of kosher meats. Ground beef, rib eye steaks, london broil, recently pepper steak. Maybe brisket and one or two other things. In poultry, they have Empire chicken and turkey cutlets and I think drumsticks. And whole chickens. I have been fairly unhappy with Fairway's kosher meat recently. I just used a roast beef from them last week that was full of fat, and a recent london broil also had a lot of fat and something inedible running thru the middle. They seem to be getting away from cutting their own meat (which is good given my recent experiences) and I believe they are using the same pre-packaged brand that Costco sells, which is excellent. They even have a second poultry brand (KJ?) so when they put it on sale you don't get the Murray's brand that they exclusively sold at the start. Recently I got lucky and they had large packages of Murray's cutlets for $4.99 when the sale was supposed to be KJ. Since $4.99 is what Costco charges, if it's not Murray's I don't buy it at Fairway.
I do like their rotisserie chickens, but you have to watch out because some of them are tiny. If you look carefully a few are decent weight.
