I had thought that going to one of the two local Kosher Ritas would be the best way to end Passover, but we were informed during services to wait until next Wednesday to go for Kashruit reasons- so I did something else:( But today I finally got a fellafel from Holy Land Pizza and as I was carrying it home- I thought to myself, "now Passover is really over" And it was fabulous:)
