It was actually my second time there and I had forgotten that I disliked it. We bought a variety of pastries, rum balls, black and white cookies, napoleons, and I disliked them all. The rye bread was good, the challah not so. But they were extremely nice people.
No one in our group at Garden of Eatin ordered pancakes. We mostly went for pasta dishes or fish. Dinner was quite reasonably priced especially given the size of our group and that we all ordered beverages. The portions were huge NY size, something I forgot when i ordered, but my dinner made a nice lunch too.
