I agree with this assessment, although I haven't been there in about a year and a half. The food is solid, well-chosen and well-executed, if not outrageously creative, and the mixed drinks were delicious.
The service was great--a perfect balance between attentive and "hovering", and when they found out we were celebrating a special occasion, we got a complimentary dessert!
The views are great, and the whole place had a romantic, special feel to it (or maybe that was the cocktails talking ;)
