But here again is a place whose web site makes no mention at all of being kosher -- and this one isn't a primarily non-Jewish place that's gone kosher to try to attract the kosher crowd while taking care not to scare away its original clientele. This is a Jewish place in the heart of Jewtown. I guess in this case it's more a matter of kashrut being so taken for granted that it never occurred to them to mention it. But the web site is visible to the whole world, most of which has no idea about kashrut.
