They issued a credit for the broken item within a few hours of my complaint. They're pretty good with that stuff although I would have preferred the sauce have been packed properly to begin with. If I didn't have a delivery pass already, I probably would have pushed for at least a discount on future delivery fees.
I keep an eye on their "free delivery" dates because if I enter the code when I check out, I get an extra week on my delivery pass.
