I saw a new item on the kosher shelves, a baking chocolate from Shufra touted as 64%. That is a much higher percentage than the typical heimishe grocery brands, although not as high as the top schaffenburger. And this is pareve too, has anyone used it. I think that for taste, it is not only the amount of real cocoa and chocolate nut also what type of fat is used, and how much the cocoa butter is adulterated with oils.
