Yes, so they may not be having the previous "Vegas-like shows."
Years ago, when Da Mikelle had a "good" hechsher, we ate there, but I don't recall it being so fabulous. I also felt a bit ignored by the staff, who seemed to be more involved with their "typical" customers, and some sort of simcha going on in the main room (as opposed to a separate room).
As for now, things might have changed significantly . . . or not. I'm interested in the answer to this, as I certainly live close enough to go easily.
