Crest Hollow is by far the best value for a nice wedding in NY/NJ. Their per person quote is completely all inclusive, includes a full shmorg with a choice of 3 hot areas + 2 meats at a carving station, a full open bar for the entire wedding. I think the only fee they add is for the mashgiach, otherwise you pay exactly what they quote per person (plus tax and gratuity, obvs but there are no surprises.) You can of course pay for add ons, but their basic package is amazing. I got married there in Feb 2012 and I was very happy. If you get married on a weeknight there is less of a chance there will be another affair there the same time and it should be significantly less expensive than it is on a Sunday. Good luck!
