I was there about a year ago. I didn't really look at the packaged or frozen foods, but they had a full deli (sandwiches, prepared foods, etc) that looked good, plus a full kosher bakery with really nice breads, rolls, cake, cookies etc. If I were you, I'd call and talk to the kosher manager so you know exactly what to expect when you get there. Oh, and if you are from NYC, you will be happily surprised by the prices!
