First they toasted the breadwith a blow torch. Then then used a squeeze bottkle to draw lines of sauce on the bread. They then added sous vide bacon and beef. Then they mixed up some veges with sauce. They added lettuce cut finely. They then wrapped the sandwich up and cut it in half and used a pipette to put sauce on sandwich. Yum
